Company and people search is powered by PDL (People Data Labs) and Serper.dev (Google-based discovery). Email enrichment from a LinkedIn URL uses Prospeo. We don’t use Apollo.io or any other provider.
FirstYes uses Claude (Anthropic) to generate outreach emails, LinkedIn messages, and call scripts, grounded in the company profile, industry, and persona details you provide. You can always edit or regenerate any section before sending.
Go to Settings → Email Sending. Each connected provider has a Disconnect button. Disconnecting revokes FirstYes’s access immediately — you can also revoke access directly from your Google or Microsoft account security settings at any time.
Go to Settings. “Download my data” gives you a JSON export of everything FirstYes stores about you. “Delete my account” in the Danger Zone permanently removes your account and all associated data.
Clicking the unsubscribe link in any outreach email adds that address to a do-not-contact list for the sender’s account — future outreach kits and sequences will automatically skip that contact.
